The product manufacturers service providers need to attend all the calls from their clients, agents and actual product users and they may have to attend thousands of calls daily. Basically, knowledge in communication is the first qualification and they can attend the calls, only if they are fluent with the English and the regional language. They should know about the products and services, for which they are working.
